1. After unpacking, check all parts first. If the screws are loosened during transportation, they should be re-reinforced. Turn the chassis by hand to see if it is flexible, otherwise, adjust the rotating belt.
2. After the position of the machine is determined, install a knife switch or pull-wire switch on the board wall beside the machine.
3. When slaughtering chickens and ducks, the knife edge should be as small as possible. After slaughtering, put the chickens and ducks in warm water (about 30 degrees) to soak the whole body and feathers. It is best to put some salt in the warm water to avoid burning. The epidermis is damaged during hair.
4. Put the soaked chicken and duck in hot water of about 75 degrees and stir it with a wooden stick to make the whole body evenly scalded.
5. Put the boiled chickens and ducks into the machine, and put 1-5 chickens at a time.
6. Turn on the knife switch, start the machine, and while it is running, add water to the poultry, preferably hot water, the feathers and dirt will flow out together with the water flow, the water can be recycled, and the feathers will be smelted in one minute. Removes impurities from the body's epidermis.
Precautions for use:
1. Install a leakage switch on the ground wire;
2. Plug in the power before use, turn on the switch to check whether the turntable is running normally;
3. Rinse the hair removal bucket with water after use;
4. Long-term use of the rubber bristles is worn or broken, and should be replaced in time to ensure normal hair removal work efficiency;
5. During a period of use, if the rotation speed of the turntable is found to be slow, the belt shaft may slip, and the nut of the machine base should be tightened, and be careful not to be too tight.
