Temperature and humidity settings
If a certain incubator requires a temperature of 37.9℃~38℃ and a humidity of 55%RH~60%RH. Press the "Settings" key. The instrument temperature display digital tube displays PPP. When the humidity display digital tube is off, raise your hand. The temperature display digital tube displays 3 digits as the original incubation temperature setting value. If you need to change it, press "+" or "-" Press the key to adjust, so that the digital display the upper limit of the temperature range you need is 38℃. Then press the "set" button, the temperature display nixie tube is off, and the humidity display nixie tube displays 3 digits as the original incubation humidity setting value. If you need to change it, press the "+" or "-" button to adjust, so that the number displays what you need The upper limit of the humidity value range is 60.O%RH. Press the "Settings" button again, do not raise your hand (about one second), when the instrument displays FFF flashing twice, it means that the storage is complete and raise your hand, and the instrument automatically returns to normal working status.
Temperature is an important condition for embryo development. In a short period of time, the embryo can still develop at a temperature of 32-40 degrees. In the early stage of incubation, because the embryo is young and lacks the ability to adapt to the external temperature and regulate body temperature, a slightly higher temperature is required. In the later stage of development, the embryo has the ability to regulate body temperature, so a slightly higher temperature is required. Begin to have the ability to regulate body temperature, and due to the increased fat metabolism, a large amount of physiological heat is generated, so a slightly lower temperature is required. All-near-all hatching, 1-7 days is the early stage, the use temperature is 38-38.5 degrees, the 8-14 days is the mid-term, the use temperature is 37.5-38 degrees, and the 15-21 days is the late stage, and the use temperature is 37-37.5 degrees. If multiple batches of eggs in the machine hatch at the same time, the constant temperature can be 37.8 degrees. Appropriately increase the application temperature at 21 days to facilitate the chick's shelling.
The development of embryos has a wide range of adaptation to humidity, half of which is between 50-70%, and 1-7 days is the early stage. The relative humidity should be 60%, 8-17 days is the middle period, the relative humidity should be 50%, 18-21 days is the late period, and the relative humidity is 70%. This is because amniotic fluid is generated in the first stage, and urine must be eliminated in the middle stage, which is conducive to the emergence of the shell. All incubators have "hot spots" and "cold spots", and it is important to check that embryos in hot spots are not exposed to heat stress during 16-18 days of incubation. The ideal eggshell temperature is 37.8°C (100°F), but it is normal for the eggshell temperature to increase to 38.3°C (101°F) by the end of the incubation period, and there is basically no effect. However, eggshell temperatures above this temperature are harmful, and temperatures above 39.4°C (103°F) will have a detrimental effect on hatchability and chick quality.
