Incubation equipment is one of the important equipment in modern chicken raising equipment. The entire set of incubation equipment includes incubators, hatchers and other supporting devices. 1. Incubator weekly maintenance content 1. Check the water level of the humidification water tray. 2. Check the sealing condition of the door. 3. Check the ventilation and exhaust conditions. 4. Clean the fluff and other debris on the rotating screw of the air door to prevent it from being stuck. 5. Wipe the chassis and the outside of the control cabinet with a semi-dry rag; clean the humidifying basin for each batch of the hatcher. And clean the fluff on the top of the machine.

2. Incubator monthly maintenance content 1. Check whether the fan, humidification and egg turning chain are in good condition. 2. Check the heating function. 3. Check the ultra-high temperature alarm function. 4. Check whether the egg turning function is normal. 5. Thoroughly clean and disinfect equipment. 6. After hatching each batch, the machine, humidification basin and humidification evaporation pan must be cleaned.

 The incubator maintains content every three months. Clean the probe. 2. Calibration temperature and humidity. 3. Grease the fan bearing once. 4. Clean the egg-turning worm wheel with oil and lubricate it with butter. 5. Grease the screw and sliding fitting parts of the damper mechanism. 6. Change the oil for humidification and egg turning reducer. 7. Comprehensively check the control functions of each system.
